Why We Built This

One of the most common questions we get from potential customers is: "How much would I actually save?"

The answer depends on your specific workload — the number of instances, their sizes, and whether you need managed services. Until now, getting an accurate estimate required a detailed analysis call.

The Cost Calculator changes that. In just a few clicks, you can see your potential savings — no signup required.

How It Works

Step 1: Select Your Current Provider

Choose from AWS, Azure, or GCP. We support the most common instance types across all three major cloud providers.

If you're running on a different provider or want to enter custom specifications, use the "Custom" option to input your vCPUs, RAM, and storage requirements directly.

Step 2: Add Your Instances

Search and select the instances that match your current infrastructure. You can add multiple instances — the calculator handles any combination of compute and database instances.

For each instance type, specify the quantity you're running. The calculator pulls real pricing data for accurate comparisons.

Step 3: Calculate Your Savings

Hit calculate and instantly see:

• Your current monthly cloud spend
• The equivalent dedicated server configuration
• Your new monthly cost with OutaCloud
• Total savings (monthly and yearly)
• Savings percentage

The algorithm finds the optimal server combination from Hetzner's dedicated server lineup — balancing cost, CPU threads, and RAM to match or exceed your current cloud capacity.
